General Changes

- Ollie now gives dialogue when switching between following and idling.

- Mumei can now be given berries to heal her and she will occasionally say something about it.

- Changed follow distances for all living members so they function more like how Mumei does.

Bugfixes:

- Gangimari Dragon wasn't spawning in Outpost chests like it should have.

Balance Changes:

- Reduced extra step spells when infused into Shion's step spellbook from 50% to 25%

- Reduced Headless Horseman Haachama's health and armor points to default Haachama's

- Reduced max amount of Hallowed essence from Hallowed Pumpkins from 4 to 3

- Slightly reduced the spawn rate of council pyramids.

I am still looking into the Roboco Energy Shield issue, so the blue tint is still disabled for now. Just use the numerical values for the time being. I want to begin working on 6.0.0, so I will most likely not be fixing it in a 5.X.X patch. I am sorry if this makes things a little more difficult.
