-Added Ring of Binding: not craftable, but findable. While in inventory, it partially reduces the amount of hearts lost from hollowing. Upon death and respawn, the item stays in the players inventory and prevents some heart loss.
-Added a config for maximum hollow heart loss (Default=7) //May be unstable with RoB mechanics!
-Fixed Effigy not functioning properly on worlds after hard reboot.
