[ADDED] Pump: pumps fluids from one place to another, also acts as a water gen if placed on top of an infinte spring.

    Extendable and retractable by clicking the tab
    Every GUI has its own Info Tab with a description of the machine
    Machines have energy tabs that show the current energy use

    Fluid Auto-Ejection Upgrade: ejects fluids to all sides. Limit: 1
    Item Auto-Ejection Upgrade: ejects the items in the output slot into the first adjacent inventory

The control block can now be moved around the tank without losing its content.
Spiced up the GUI a little bit, the energy bar now has an overlay with a gradient to give it some more dimensions
Changed the resitance value of all the tank components to 2000, they now sustain all kinds of explosions (Yes, even IC2 nukes ;D)
Changed Resin Extractor recipe to use a cutter
Changed recipes for: reinforced bars, Machine Block
Brought the shift clicking items in the GUI mechanism closer to the vanilla one
Made Bauxite spawn less
Made Copper spawn in smaller veins
Made a lot of the recipes cheaper
Resin Extractor doesn't output fluid automatically anymore, auto-eject fluid upgrade has to be installed.
Major Lag removal especially with very large tanks (Max size tank, while forming fps before from 100 to 2 now no significant change)
Redid the BC Trigger Icons to fit the new theme
Changed a lot of the recipes used in the wiremill or the resin extractor
Wiremill: different items need different amounts of resin to be processed
