Updates: Added turtle (Passive water mob)

Added Jawz (Hostile water mob, acts a bit like Elder Guardian, is an enemy from Hydrocity Zone in Sonic 3K)

Made sure Redz' fire attack works (It does)

Added Gator mob (Hostile, lives on land. Will attack with strong bite if you get too close. (Might've been in earlier versions, but if so I didn't mention it.)

Added Tails Monitor block. There will be a purpose for this block later.

Fixed BFish and turtle spawns so they only spawn in water.

NOTE:

Jawz does not spawn naturally yet.
