First Version And Beta Release!

Just the aquamarine for now until i can code the Ruby.

Aquamarine spawns in ocean biomes and between 45 and -64 When full armor set is equipped haste is applied.

Goals are to add Rubys And Zenthite, for now i am working on the ruby.
