Hexerei

Changelog: 
- Added Dynamic Light capabilities (more to come with this in the future, can be turned on via commands or config - /hexerei-dynamic-light on) - this means brooms with keychains with a light source on it will also dynamically light up the area based on whats attached
- Added functionality to the crystal ball, not what was planned but works perfectly in place of it (it now shows inside the crystal the moon phase if it is night, otherwise shows a sun if day)
- Added configs back in for durability of items

- Fixed the moon dust brush not glowing properly when it should glow

- Fixed some entries in the book of shadows (hopefully more to come soon)
- Fixed sage bundle tooltip
- Fixed issues with the chests (rewrote a lot of the code to work better thanks to Alexthw)
- Fixed an issue where potion mixing recipes are lost and crashing the player (instead it will just show a null recipe when this happens and not crash, hopefully)
- Drastically changed the internal code of how the mixing cauldron checks if it can craft so it will take a LOT less stress on the server - please report back to me if something does not work with it
