Made code more efficient

added more colours

moved the config folder to /config/HeightLimitMod/ (you can drag and drop it to get your old config system),

mod will no longer show up in voidless

You can now use things like /hlm and other keywords(/heightlimitmod aliases) to use the command,

more commands have been added so use /heightlimitmod help to see all the commands

bug fixes and more things.
