Heart of Ender

Added Herobrine that can be spawner with the corresponding structure.
Herobrine one shot all those who do not have at least a diamond armor so prepare yourself.
It flies and pierces the ground like a ghost 👻 and teleports if the player tries to flee.

Added Blocks -> Herobrine Head/Dark End Stone Brick/Dead Sand/Blue Magma Block.
All are craftable except the blue magma block which will be added when the dimension is created.
Added 2 new stairs : Dark End Stone Stairs and Dark End Stone Brick Stairs.
There are 3 new items added: Iron Apple, Lapis Apple and Redstone Apple all giving a different effect.
giving a different effect and those if are eatable as golden apples (eaten even when the hunger bar
is full)
The Creative Tab Heart of Ender is now divided in 2, one for Items and the other for Blocks.
