This fixes two bugs.

When digging down below Y=5, the downward digging modifier wasn't making it harder to dig downwards.

There was a math bug where the depth dominated over small digging speed modifiers instead of scaling the modifier. I've fixed that calculation.

I also renamed "digspeedmodifier" to "digModifier" for "Sideways and upwards digging speed and exhaustion."

I also renamed "downExhaustion" to "downModifier" for "Downwards digging speed and exhaustion"
