Hardcore Torches (Fabric)

Makes torches and lanterns temporary, burning out with time. Can also be configured to require torches be lit after placement.

What's new
- Hardcore Campfires!
- Campfires are always unlit, even in the inventory.
- Place once, then drop fuel items on top to fuel it, then light it.
- Can cook food like a normal campfire.
- By default, each item fuels the campfire for 8 times the amount of time it burns in a furnace.
- If you break a campfire, you lose all the fuel stored in it!
