New version!

Again, it should be noted that the new version is most likely not compatible with previous versions of the mod, so please backup your worlds and/or do not use new version with worlds from earlier versions.

Most noticeable new feature of this version is that biome radii are no longer configured via per-biome options, but rather via their own separate settings page. Customization should support any registered biome, even those added by other installed mods. For example, this means that:

  • You can now use any biome for the starting island
  • You can now create islands consisting of multiple radial biomes
  • Want island with tundra in the center, surrounded by forest, surrounded by deep ocean, surrounded by mushroom lands, surrounded by extreme hills? - Now achievable through radial biome settings in the world customization.

Configs for biomes added by this mod like block layers, sea block override and other per-biome settings are still accessible via their own settings page in the world customization.

Changes

  • Due to how biome radii work now, AoA mob spawn blocker no longer works with biome radii directly, but has its separate radius setting

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where AoA spawn blocker might have done its thing in non-overworld dimensions

Known issues

  • Customization GUI is still partially WIP
  • Some "reset to defaults"-buttons in world customization GUI screens might not work or may do weird stuff if default setting overrides are set via mod configs
  • Some configuration options for biomes added by this mod are still missing from the GUI
