Makes the game slightly harder by tweaking mob behaviour

Description

Changes:

- Mobs now have better gear, scaling with difficulty
- Mobs can use shields
- Stronger mobs can throw you upwards (such as iron golems)
- Iron golems will repair themselves when out of combat

Planned features:

- Weaker mobs can place blocks (not implemented yet)
- (might add this) Phantoms spawn if you sleep too much, instead of not sleeping
- (might add this) Minibosses
- Mobs assist eachother (e.g. creepers get pushed forward)
- Random mob attributes (e.g. extra/less damage/speed)

Open to suggestions!
