Harbinger 2.8.7 Changelog:
- Made Structures generate more rarely so it doesn't spam them across the world.
- Fixed a bug where the settings could be bugged out if opening them and closed them in a frame perfect is done.
- Made Dust Devils spawn more rarely instead of spamming, and also only spawning in Phase 2.
