Happy Ghast [Dried Ghast/Ghastling]

Happy Ghasts mod attempts to add some of the new features mentioned in Minecraft Live 2025 (March) including the first and foremost, the dried ghast.



Traditionally, you would find these ghasts in the soul sand valley, unfortunately due to time restrictions it is instead just a crafting recipe for now.



Submerging the dried ghast in water will eventually spawn a Ghastling as the dried ghast moves through different phases of happiness.

Ghastlings will only grow after being fed a snowball, after which they will transform into a Happy Ghast that can be ridden and flown!

Hold [SPACE] to raise the mount, and hold [C] to descend. This can be changed from the control menu under misc.
