Bug fixes

Happy Ghast no longer spawns in the Nether by default. Dried Ghast time updated to 20 minutes. Missing additions include (being able to spawn ghasts when you click the egg on a Happy Ghast). All harness colors are still missing. Finally, the ability to ride 3 passengers is still in development.
