Happy Creeper 1.0.0 is the first stable release build for Fabric on Minecraft 1.21.7. This release is not a beta build.

Tamed creeper ability system
Lava, Fish, Extreme Blast, and Slime biscuits grant permanent creeper abilities
Active abilities are displayed in the companion UI
Creeper companion UI supports armor, fuel, health, effects, and follow/stay control
Tamed creepers support color variants and rainbow mode
Rainbow mode blends between colors and uses stable per-creeper timing
Creeper armor and UI rendering fixes are included on supported branches
Existing companion data for owner, state, color, fuel, stay mode, and abilities persists across sessions

Existing worlds from previous beta builds should continue to work. Ability, color, fuel, owner, and stay state data are stored per creeper.
