Fixed: Marines getting the World Government's abilities.
Mine Mine no Mi compared ranks across factions, so a Marine Petty Officer counted as a Celestial Dragon and got the Royal Guards. Anyone who got one this way loses it at their next login.
Faction abilities now follow a rank change at once, up or down.
Imu fights everyone**, Marines included, when summoned outside a challenge.
The Seven Warlords of the Sea: 7 new seats among the Marines, between Rear Admiral and Vice Admiral.
-A Warlord joins the Marines, their bounty freezes, they keep their crew, the law's NPCs leave that crew alone, and officers can't command them. Losing the seat makes them a pirate again.
-The Akuma mod's recruiter no longer offers Warlord seats, and any seat it gave before is gone.
Updating: the server and every player need this version.
