• Added new item - Weapon point book - rewarded from mayors for reaching Loyal reputation level, gives you single skill point which can be used on any weapon skill
• Reworked all overlays - everything can be positioned / disabled via configuration
• Added new overlay - Party members overlay which shows you your friends health
• Rebalanced perks - fusing and purifying now has lower chances of breaking
• Buffed slingshots to make it more viable early game - increased velocity and damage, slightly decreased its gravity force
• Fixed issues with quest overlay rendering where it would randomly dissapear for single tick
