A complete firearms mod for Minecraft 1.21.11 (Forge 61.1.1+)

GunCraft brings 8 unique weapons, 11 attachments, 6 ammo types, throwables, healing items, and a full crafting system to Minecraft. Every item has an in-game recipe browser built into the Gun Crafting Bench.

Getting Started

Everything begins with the Gun Crafting Bench. Craft it at a regular crafting table:

I = Iron Ingot, S = Stick

Place it down and right-click to open the bench. It has 4 tabs: Craft, Modify, Blueprint, and Recipes. The Recipes tab shows every recipe in the mod.

Base Materials

You'll need two key crafting materials for almost everything:

Metal Parts (Crafting Table, Shapeless) — Makes 2

  • 1 Iron Ingot + 1 Copper Ingot

Energy Core (Crafting Table, Shaped) — Makes 1

Weapons

All weapons are crafted at the Gun Crafting Bench. You need a Blueprint + materials in the 3x3 grid, then hit CRAFT.

To make a blueprint: go to the Blueprint tab, place Paper in the input slot, select a weapon, and click CREATE.

Iron Revolver

  • 3 Metal Parts + 1 Iron Ingot
  • DMG: 8 | MAG: 6 | Reliable sidearm

Combat Shotgun

  • 4 Metal Parts + 2 Iron Ingots
  • DMG: 4x5 pellets | MAG: 8 | Close-range spread

Bolt Action Sniper

  • 5 Metal Parts + 1 Glass + 1 Energy Core
  • DMG: 35 | MAG: 5 | Long-range precision

Rapid SMG

  • 4 Metal Parts + 1 Energy Core
  • DMG: 5 | MAG: 30 | Fast fire rate

Dragonfyre Blaster (Fire Elemental)

  • 3 Metal Parts + 2 Energy Cores + 1 Blaze Rod
  • DMG: 12 | Sets targets on fire

Frostbite Cannon (Ice Elemental)

  • 3 Metal Parts + 2 Energy Cores + 1 Packed Ice
  • DMG: 10 | Slows targets

Void Reaper (Ender Elemental)

  • 3 Metal Parts + 2 Energy Cores + 1 Ender Pearl
  • DMG: 14 | Ender damage

Thunderlord's Arc (Lightning Elemental)

  • 3 Metal Parts + 2 Energy Cores + 1 Gold Ingot
  • DMG: 11 | Lightning strikes

Attachments

Attachments are also crafted at the Gun Crafting Bench but do NOT need a blueprint. Just place the materials in the 3x3 grid and hit CRAFT.

Use the Modify tab to apply attachments to a weapon. Place the gun in the weapon slot, put attachments in the matching slots (Scope, Magazine, Barrel, Mod, Elemental), and click APPLY MODS. Use REMOVE ALL to strip attachments back off.

Scopes

  • Red Dot Scope: 1 Glass + 1 Iron Ingot + 1 Redstone
  • Scope 2X: 2 Glass + 1 Iron Ingot + 1 Redstone
  • Scope 4X: 2 Glass + 1 Metal Parts + 1 Gold Ingot
  • Scope 8X: 3 Glass + 1 Metal Parts + 1 Diamond

Magazine

  • Extended Mag: 2 Metal Parts + 1 Iron Ingot

Barrel

  • Suppressor: 2 Metal Parts + 1 White Wool

Mods

  • Rapid Reload: 1 Metal Parts + 1 Gold Ingot + 1 Redstone
  • Recoil Stabilizer: 2 Metal Parts + 1 Obsidian
  • Damage Boost: 1 Energy Core + 1 Diamond + 1 Metal Parts

Elemental

  • Fire Mod: 1 Energy Core + 1 Blaze Powder + 1 Metal Parts
  • Lightning Mod: 1 Energy Core + 1 Gold Ingot + 1 Metal Parts

Void Pearl (Shapeless) — Makes 4

  • 1 Ender Pearl + 1 Popped Chorus Fruit
  • Used by: Void Reaper

Ammo Crates

Ammo crates give you bulk ammo in one item. All crafted at a regular crafting table with the same pattern:

  • Bullet Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Bullet Ammo (gives 32 bullets)
  • Shell Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Shell Ammo (gives 16 shells)
  • Blaze Charge Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Blaze Charge (gives 16)
  • Frost Shard Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Frost Shard (gives 16)
  • Thunder Crystal Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Thunder Crystal (gives 8)
  • Void Pearl Crate: 8 Oak Planks + 1 Void Pearl (gives 8)

Right-click a crate to open it and receive the ammo.
