Fixed: Add/Remove members in sublet menu permitting the addition of non guild members which could not be subsequently removed.  now only guild members can be added (tempclaims can still add anyone they want)

Removed: OreDict support that was added in beta 1.2.6b.  Reasoning: without redesigning the sale gui and the way the item queue is managed, there is no way to choose whether the request is for the specific item or any of its equivalents.  Since the latter was default, it also meant players could "item convert" by requesting a similar item like jungle wood, and selling oak wood to themselves to get jungle wood as a conversion.  Due to these limitations, OreDict support was removed in this release.
