- Fixed TOP and TiC support.

- Slight method changes in preparation of global FE change, still undecided.

- Bumped Ore Multiplier.

- Made cells normal 'items', this allows me to simplify cell logic much better.

- Merged LP and HP, no one ever uses HP and so I bumped LP's inefficiency and speed. This allows progressing through bronze faster.

- Instead of clicking into bronze GUIs to give it water, you can now also simply click it with water fluid containers. This also allows you to take steam out with a bucket providing you are clicking on the rear side of the machine. For lava boilers you can also insert lava effortlessly like that.

- Breaking machines that are in progress of a recipe will blow it up in your face. You deserved it. (Config option coming soon).

- Merged a few code changes with GTCE.

- Cells now use tin to craft.
