Offer IDs: You can now buy, sell, and cancel by offer ID. Offer IDs are shown when browsing offers.

Players will now be notified if offers have been completed when they were offline
Updated most messages sent by the mod
All messages are now able to be localized
Major database rewrite into json format - updates and fixes will come quicker, and the data can be easily read and modified by server owners

Players are now notified if an offer is partially completed when they make it
