Reworked /ge canceloffer so indices are no longer needed to determine which offer to cancel. Instead, you can now tell it exactly which offer you want to cancel using the new criteria: /ge canceloffer <buy|sell|any> <filter> [meta] [price]
/ge sellthis now checks your offhand for items if your main hand is empty
