-Added new item: Entity Searcher -Allows players to search for nearby entities and apply effects to them. -Uses fuel inserted into the item using the offhand slot. Each block search consumes 120 fuel, with a maximum range of 100 blocks. -Refuel the item by holding fuel in the offhand slot and shifting while holding the item. -Insert the mob ID into the item by holding a paper with the mob ID in the offhand slot and shifting while holding the item. -Change the name of the paper using an anvil to the desired mob ID. -Hold the modified paper in the offhand slot and shift while holding the Entity Searcher in the main hand to insert the mod ID into the item. -Example mob id : "minecraft:cow"
