Description
What this mod does:
- Adds a rare Golden Blight variant above normal ScalingHealth blights.
- Golden Blights are stronger, have golden fire visuals, drop special loot, and announce their death when killed by a player.
Spawn
- A normal ScalingHealth blight has a chance to become a Golden Blight.
- Default chance: 20% of blights.
Golden Blight buffs
- Increased base HP.
- Speed VII by default.
- Strength V by default.
- Resistance II by default.
- Regeneration II by default.
- Fire Resistance I.
- Immune to fire damage, including Fire Aspect and burning.
- Daylight burning is disabled.
Drops
- Always drops 1 Golden Blight Star.
- Still counts as a normal blight for blight-based loot tables and rare loot.
- Gets +2 effective Looting level for loot-table odds by default.
- If LifefruitsCraft is installed, drops 4 to 16 Life Fruit Shards by default.
- Drops triple normal blight XP by default.
- Drops Heart Containers.
- Default extra Heart Container drop range: 0 to 2.
Visuals
- Golden Blights have a custom golden fire effect.
- The mod tries to remove the normal purple blight fire from Golden Blights.
Commands
- /goldenblight_spawn [entity_id]
- Spawns a guaranteed Golden Blight of the chosen entity type.
Config options
- goldenChance: chance for a blight to become golden.
- extraSpeedAmplifier: extra speed level.
- extraStrengthAmplifier: extra strength level.
- resistanceAmplifier: resistance level.
- regenAmplifier: regeneration level.
- heartDropMin: minimum Heart Containers dropped.
- heartDropMax: maximum Heart Containers dropped.
- extraLootingLevel: extra Looting level used for Golden Blight loot tables.
- xpMultiplier: bonus XP multiplier.
- fireScale: size of the golden fire effect.
