- Golden Blights now have doubled base HP (2x hpMultiplier, configurable in goldenblight.cfg).
  Base maxHealth is multiplied at promotion time via IAttributeInstance.setBaseValue(),
  after ScalingHealth has already set all blight attributes. HP is then restored to
  the new maximum.
