God_Mode?

Changelog:

• Added Draconic Orb Staff
• Added Syringe

Syringe Functionality:

• When right-clicked while potion effect is active, the syringe will store all potion effects in the filled syringe.

Draconic Orb Staff Functionality:

• When combined with a filled syringe containing potion effects, the staff will give those effects to the user permanently while it's held.
• Combining with a new syringe will not add on the effects. It will only replace them.

Combine the staff and a filled syringe by holding the syringe in one hand and the staff in the other hand and then right click.

Bug Report:

• Player must hold more than 1 syringe in hand when extracting potion effects otherwise it disappears.
