A God Mod

• Added the ability to switch one block at a time with the "Switcher" (by left clicking a block can't use this feature in creative mode).
• Added the ability to build one block at a time with the the "Builder" (by left clicking a block can't use this feature in creative mode).
• Added code to have all the Orbs to have same ID (this is not ready yet).
• Fixed "Builder's" crafting recipe Registered all items for better client to server handling (does not affect game play)

Caveats

• Textures will be changed.
• The more God armor you have on the stronger the jet pack if you only have the jet pack on its very week.
