Glowcase

Fixes hyperlink blocks not syncing.

Item Display Blocks:
New rotation option: fixed. Will hold its rotation when you set it.
Can now disable nameplates
Can now disable them giving items
Now require the player have permission to modify world at location to change (They can still get items out of it if items are enabled)

Text Block:
Now has two additional shadow modes, bringing the total to three: "Drop" (current default), "Plate" (like nameplates) and "None".
Can now change lines with the mouse in the edit screen.
Buttons will no longer trigger while typing.
