Description
Glomera is a mod that adds a new type of mineral to the game! Crafted from Emeralds and Gold, you now have another use for both resources, while also providing an extra set of armor and tools to your world!
In order to craft Glomera Gemstones, you need gold ingots and emeralds! But you also need some quartz!
There are 2 recipes that can be done to make the gemstone!
You can also make Armor out of Glomera! Which looks really cool! But you can also upgrade it with lapis in a smithing table! To make tools, you need quartz sticks!
Why make the Glomera Set?
It has several pros and cons that make it great for your survival worlds!
Pros
- It's by default stronger than iron, but not as strong as diamond!
- If you upgrade it, it will make it stronger than diamond, but still not stronger than netherite! (by like 5)
- Very good for mining ores or needing a simple quick tool for battle perhaps!
Cons
- Due to it being half made of gold, the material isn't as durable as it is powerful.
- A typical pickaxe will get you about 45 uses before breaking.
- It is somewhat expensive, being made out of Emeralds and Golden Ingot along with Quartz in some recipes.
