A simple craftable version of the Totem of Undying that can grant benefits or drawbacks

Description:
This mod adds one item, the glitched totem if it wasn't obvious :)
The Glitched Totem acts similar to a totem of undying with a few differences:
- It's craftable
- It doesn't have to be held to work
- Can give positive or negative effects after use
Since it's easier to obtain and it saves your life just like a regular totem, random chance has to exist. There's a higher chance to obtain negative effects (slowness, mining fatigue, weakness, nausea) than it is to get positive ones (resistance, haste, etc).
