Giacomo's Foundry

Released 1.3.5 tested against forge 1.9.4.

Added a new float parameter in configuration file: fuelFactor
This parameter multiplies the duration of the fuel in the foundry: values greater than 1 imply lower consumption.
(If set to 2 foundry consumes half, if set to 0.5 foundry consumes twice)

Added a new float parameter in configuration file: timeFactor
This parameter multiplies the time required for fusion of objects in the foundry: values greater than 1 slow the fusion.
(If set to 2 foundry employs twice as long, if set to 0.5 the foundry is 2 times faster)

Changed modid to "giacomosfoundry".
The configuration file is now called ./config/giacomosfoundry.cfg (don’t forget to rename your old config file) and the log file is now called ./logs/giacomosfoundry.log.

Removed some debug output.
