Ghretto, a mod based entirely around the color orang- wait, that's not in the script. Ahem, Ghretto. A mod based entirely around a dimension called "Ghretto" is still being worked on, but in the current version of the mod, you can explore 3 different biomes held in the Ghretto mod. The first is the Ghretto Plains, which are just like Overworld plains. The second of course is the Ghretto forest and the last is the Ghretto dark forest.

In this mod, you'll encounter a few mobs, the first being the Ghret. The Ghret is a small mob, they don't move too often. The Ghret has pretty good defense so it's gonna take more than 1 or 2 hits to take one out.

The second you'll probably find is the Clayper, they tend to gather in large groups and will swarm you if they find you. They are a distant relative of the Creeper but have no ability to explode. They drop clay, one of the most important resources in this mod.

A long time ago, there were flying beasts who ruled these floating islands. They've since gone extinct, and it's your job to harvest their bone. No really, there are floating fossils spread everywhere, they are the only place you can collect coal and bonemeal from. If you are lucky, you may even find a lone enderman strolling about the ghretto dark forest. They typically visit this dimension to chat with the Claypers. Because this dimension has similarities to The End dimension, you'll want to bring along an Elytra or even some enderpearls. Your portal could end up anywhere honestly.

The Ghretto features some new blocks and ores! Build a small hut with the brand new Vor wood, maybe even go mining for Scrit, an ore that was recently added. Or you could challenge yourself with the task of finding a lake of Amina, the Ghretto has all you need to painfully survive with little to no ways of achieving food.

This mod was originally going to be for 1.17.1, but there were some complications mid-modding. So I had no choice but to send it back to 1.16.5, it was a pain remaking all of the assets from scratch. So if this mod interests you, give it a download. It helps a lot.
