Improvement Update

- Tab completion // Commands that include village names or nations are now auto-completed.

- Action Bar // Now also displays claim types such as Capital Claim or Village Center

- Dissolving a Nation // If a nation loses all its claims through war, it is automatically dissolved. All members receive a message with a reminder to use /nation join

- Peace GUI // In the War section of the GUI: 2 options added (White Peace / Negotiated Peace), 15-minute time window

- Member Management GUI // The Members page now displays non-members who are online for inviting. The Member Details page now has a Kick button.

- 5 new permissions // New permissions added for role management. 21 total

- Added configs // Configs for Server and Client
