-Added crafting recipe for plushie loot box

-Fixed issue where wet effect wouldn't go away for extended periods of time

-Fixed issue where frozen (wet + cryo application) would make FOV zoom in and out rapidly

-Fixed issue where sheer cold effect wouldn't go away for extended periods of time 

-Removed biome-specific tags for sheer cold application. Only relevant to cold blocks now.
