Fresh core rewrite for the Genesis pack.

Added:
- New standalone `genesis_core` mod id and `Genesis Core` display name.
- Opposing Force client model-layer registration guard for missing mob-head layers.
- Null entity ally-check guard to reduce unsafe combat/entity interaction crashes.
- Origins to Epic Class handoff helper that opens class selection after origins are chosen.
- Epic Class dash packet log-spam suppression.

Removed from the old Tiganj Core design:
- Structure/datapack overrides.
- BetterX/Blueprint biome-slice patch.
- Lore Master/library patching.
- FancyMenu thread patching.
- Wall-sign description patches.

Known external blockers in the current Genesis log:
- `immersiveenchanting-6.0.0-forge-1.20.1.jar` has a fatal mixin failure against `EnchantmentTableBlock`.
- `otherworld-0.8.5+1.20.1.jar` reports an invalid Origins/Apoli interface mixin.
