Build 1.16.5-1.2

-Fixed incompatibility issues with Just Enough Items/JEI (Was apparently a really easy fix, removed just one line of code in the main class :/)
-Fixed custom boats not dispensing properly
-Mud Balls can now be shot through dispensers
-Fixed Mud Ball projectile not displaying when thrown
-Added more tags for blocks and items
