GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• Bounty Event overlay is now tied to the Values Overlay (You can hide it by hiding the top left overlay with the keybind)
• The Item Hoarder's price is now also multiplied by GeneratorCraft Level
• The Values Overlay has gotten a complete rework to it's look
• Added a Config .toml file which allows you to modify some of the values of the new Values Overlay look (experimental- may be buggy)
• Improved the Daily Reward GUI

Fixes:

• Fixed attempting to Rebirth without meeting the level requirement error message
• Fixed Lootbox advancements granting on GUI open instead of on Lootbox open
