Initial release.

Adds 4 tiers of "motor" (engine) and tank:

  • stellar
  • galactic
  • cosmic
  • universal

Registers the 4 rocket fuels from GT-- when it's installed. This allows players to use these rocket fuels in gcyr rockets. They're all better than the standard fuels, since they are all much more complex to produce.
