- Added a config to set the brightness of the colored water. (Game must be restarted)
- Changed the colored water colors to the MC fireworks colors (they were based on random colored wool pixels before). I can add a config to change individual colors later, if people want it.
- Changed the colored water recipes to forge ore-dictionary recipes. Now dyes from mods are working too.
