v1.2 - The polish update
General additions:
- Added mustard gas. It is crafted from sulfur and basically combines the effects of choke smoke and tear gas, cranked up a notch.
- Added sulfur. It can be found in nether fortress chests and is used to craft mustard gas. Remind me to make this oredicted
- Gas clouds now stick to their emission point. This means they no longer float while their grenade is falling and also that you're fucked if you let a sarin grenade explode in your hands.
- Added new grenade skins for the masses ! You can get them by becoming a part of the ladysnake and ftbwiki communities.
- Empty grenades can now be recycled into an empty bottle and a diffuser
Localization additions:
- Updated german translation, credits to UpcraftLP
- Renamed toxic smoke to choke smoke
API additions
- Added the gas agent system. It allows gases to easily reuse common effects
- Added a system to create gases from json in the same way as recipes. It is currently used for most basic gases. It will become available to the general user in 1.13 through data packs, though it may be a bit sooner if I feel like it.
Tweaks:
- Made the blur effect from tear gas and mustard gas gradual. It looks pretty cool if I do say so myself.
- Replaced tubes by bottles. As a direct consequence, removed empty tubes.
- Your currently active grenade skin now shows up in your creative inventory
- Gas names appear in item names instead of the tooltip now
- Being in creative now prevents empty grenades from dropping
Bugfixes:
- Fixed z-fighting on a few textures
- Fixed a bug causing the healing gas to prevent the regeneration effect from working while it was active
- Fixed empty grenades not dropping when a grenade exploded in your hands
