- Adjusted the minimum volume gas needed to flow to another block at a density of 0.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed gas not rendering correctly according to volume.
- Fixed gas effects registering incorrectly.
- Increased world generation weight to ensure gas pockets were not being popped by other generators
