- Made Duct Tape more viable.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed retrogen being always activated (!!!).
- Fixed retrogen regenerating pockets it should not regenerate.
Not bugfixes:
- Didn't fix bug where certain players make noise, but added a temporary fix involving Duct Tape.
