Additions:
- New block: Gas Dynamo
- New blocks: Wooden tier machinery (Poor man's)
- New items: Adhesive, Duct Tape

Changes:
- Gas explosions are no longer instant and will instead happen in a chain of
clustered explosions
- Expanded rotation possibilities for some blocks
- Added proper distinction between Glenn's Gases and Gases Framework blocks
and items
- Buffed Iron tier machinery
- Pipes are now exposed to pressure equal to the length of the path of pushed
gas. Pipes exposed to overpressure will make noise and eventually break
- Lanterns no longer collide
