4. Modpacks

You are allowed to include and use the original, unmodified
software in modpacks without obtaining permission from the

Credit is appreciated but is not required when including the
software in a modpack.

This permission applies only to the original, unmodified software.

unauthorized modified versions, forks, ports, or backports.

5. Source Code

You may view, study, and modify the source code for personal or
private use and for the purpose of creating forks, ports,
backports, or other derivative works, subject to the restrictions

on a case-by-case basis.

Any such permission must be explicitly granted by the copyright

7. Attribution

must retain the original copyright notice and clearly indicate
that the version has been modified.

Attribution is not required for ordinary use of the software in a
modpack, although credit to the original author is appreciated.

any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the

9. Enforcement

Unauthorized publication, distribution, or redistribution of the
software or derivative versions constitutes a violation of this
license.

The copyright holder reserves all rights and all remedies available
under applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by
