Chips

Top left - Casino Chip: This has multiple crafting recipes and can be made fairly easily, used to make stacks.

Top right - Stack of Chips: These are made from 9 Casino Chips, and are what's used to play slots.

Middle left- Counterfeit Chip: These are made from a regular chip plus extra items in a crafting table, and have a lower chance of working, though they are easier to produce.

Middle Right - Poor Man's Chip: These are incredibly cheap to make, but have only a 5% chance of working on the slot machine.

Bottom left - Fragments of Desire: These are made from 9 Stacks of Chips and are used to make the Token of Greed.

Bottom right - Token of Greed: This is made from 9 Fragments of Desire and is used to show your unfathomable wealth to the poor. It gives you Hero of the Village V, Luck VI, Resistance 2, and Glowing whenever it is in your hand.

Slot Machines

To use slot machines, simply right click on one with a stack of chips in your hand, and wait to find your winnings! Many different prizes can be won, from dead bushes to diamonds and emeralds. The slots additionally have wonderful sound effects and are extremely addicting to play.

The Gambler

The Gambler is a new villager type. He has a very bad receding hairline and wears tattered, stained clothes, but he has a rad mustache. Any villager will become a gambler if there is a powered slot machine in range. He will do anything for chips, giving great trades. Once you give him chips, you can watch him go over to his slot machine and immediately lose everything. Very entertaining.
