> AdminTeleport command

[Notes]:
When AdminTeleport is enabled, the "dimensiontp" command from Galacticraft is disabled.

The new teleport command requires the "galactictweaks.admin.teleport" permission node.

You have this permission node in Singleplayer. In multiplayer you must have access to admin

commands. Or if using Plugins, you can apply the node to groups/players with any permission manager.

The command can take a custom location to spawn at the provided planet/moon
