- adding lifting points for all (land) vehicles
- removed "engine" from required parts of vehicles that had marked it as such
- removed all old presets (except for T3)
- added new and more presets, updated old (except for T3, those been up to date)
- increased AB1B collision range
- corrected C9 hood, doors and trunk not having the same alternative textures as the vehicle
