- FTA's update notification will now only notify the user of a new update once.

- Trimmed some fat in the API and removed a few accidental direct references to FTA's internal code. The old API should no longer be used. Just a reminder: If you are going to use an API please use reflection as much as possible to avoid including large chunks of the API in your mod.
- Added default elements to ingotManganese and dustManganese as well as a recipe for the first ingot on the OreDictionary.
