Changed

• The left-hand chapter panel now slides smoothly in and out (assuming it's not pinned)
• Separated background in ftb_quests_theme.txt into three separate properties for better resource pack configurability
  • background is used for the main quest panel background
  • chapter_panel_background is used for the chapter panel which pops out from the left (an opaque texture should be used here)
  • key_reference_background is used for the popup key reference panel
  • All three values by default use the existing background_squares.png image from FTB Library as before

Fixed

• Fixed image aspect ratio calculations for icons with animated textures (as controlled by .mcmeta files)
  • Note: FTB Library 2101.1.9+ required
• Fixed rotated images sometimes not rendering when partially off-screen
